Cancellation and Deposits
Any pre-paid amounts are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however we can amend dates of arrival with adequate notice, this is subject to management approval, and is not guaranteed. We advise adequate holiday insurance is arranged to cover any eventuality.
Cheques are not accepted.
Children aged 4 years or over can be accommodated, but will be charged as adults and must occupy a Double/Twin room with one parent, or be accommodated in a Family room, or a alternatively a room that accepts an extra bed. Children 3 and under can be accommodated in a cot, please contact us to make arrangements prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, or MasterCard and make no additional charge when paying for hotel services using these cards. American Express is accepted with a 2% surcharge. Payment cards may be refused for several reasons: stolen or blocked card, credit limit reached, entry error etc. In the event of a problem, customers will need to contact both their bank and the hotel in order to confirm the reservation and payment method.
The online booking facility is designed for individual bookings and The Savoy Jersey reserves the right to review the validity of any reservations that are not made in this spirit.
For Health & Safety reasons, we operate a no pet policy. Guide Dogs are accepted with prior arrangement.
Special offers are applicable to new bookings only. Offers cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing a twin/double room and subject to availability.
Availability of rooms and rates are correct at the time of issue but subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice until a confirmed reservation is made. Nothing will be reserved until the necessary payment has been received, unless otherwise advised at the time of enquiry.
A varied hot and cold buffet breakfast is included in all rates as standard, unless otherwise specified. Guests on Half Board basis who arrive after the restaurant has closed will have a cold meal provided. There is no VAT in the Channel Islands. All prices include local GST.
The Management respectfully declines responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any guests property unless deposited with reception and a receipt obtained.
